Planting the Seeds of Intentional Connection

Meaningful Women’s Gatherings in Palo Alto, CA

Welcome to Serendipity dinners by Einat

You’ve been to the events.
The moms’ nights out. The networking mixers.
The friend-of-a-friend dinner parties.

You got ready. Showed up hopeful. Maybe even a little excited.

But you left just as you came. No deeper connection. No personal spark.
No real sense of growth. Just more small talk and the lingering feeling that something was missing.

Serendipity Dinners were created for women like you, the ones craving something more.

A space where connection is intentional.
The atmosphere is warm.
And the conversations leave you feeling seen, heard, and genuinely nourished.

These aren’t just dinners. They’re beautifully curated experiences designed to bring women together around a table away from the noise, the expectations, and the shallow exchanges—and into a space where real relationships begin to bloom.

In a world where over 60% of adults report feeling lonely, and most friendships fade within seven years, spaces like this aren’t just meaningful—they’re necessary.

Serendipity;

Serendipity is usually defined as something beautiful that happens by chance. But these dinners aren’t accidental. They are intentional moments created to invite in the unexpected.

By choosing to show up, you are being proactive about connection without knowing exactly what will unfold. Maybe you’ll leave with a new friend, a future collaborator, or simply a deeper sense of self. That’s the beauty of Serendipity. It happens when you’re open, present, and willing to let the evening take shape.

This is intentional serendipity. And it’s the magic that makes these dinners so unforgettable.

What Awaits You at the Table

A Setting Made to Inspire Connection

It’s not just about meeting new people. It’s about arriving as you are, taking a quiet moment to set an intention, and letting thoughtfully guided conversation open the door to something deeper. In this space, vulnerability feels natural, and connection unfolds with ease.

A small framed sign on a table displays the message: 'Like spring, we too shed the past & awaken new beginnings.' The table is decorated with a crinkled peach-colored cloth, a felt flower, and a stack of blank cards. A vase with white flowers is also present.

Conversations That Go Beyond the Surface

Every dinner is gently guided with prompts designed to open hearts and invite meaningful connection. You’ll have the space to share if it feels right, or simply to listen and reflect without pressure. It’s about creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported every step of the way.

Meet the Woman Behind the Table

My journey into community building didn’t begin in a boardroom. It started with a move. Several, actually. As my husband and I relocated for work and life, I often found myself in new places, searching for meaningful connections and a true sense of belonging. It wasn’t until I landed in my husband’s small hometown that something shifted. I realized I couldn’t keep waiting for the kind of community I was craving. So I created it myself.

What started as a personal need soon became a calling. I began creating intentional spaces for women to gather, connect, and grow. Today, I’m the heartbeat behind several communities, and I support others in building their own. Community isn’t just something I facilitate—it’s something I live and breathe. It’s my craft. It’s my gift.

But here’s what most people don’t see:
Every Serendipity gathering is designed and brought to life by me, from the first flower on the table to the last question of the night. I hand-select the centerpieces. I write every name tag. I shape the conversation, curate the themes, and invent the bonding activities with care. I pour intention into every detail so that each guest feels held, inspired, and free to show up as their best and truest self.

Professionally, I work with organizations to help teams communicate more openly, build trust, and form the kind of bonds that transform collaboration. Personally, I bring that same heart into Serendipity Dinners—infusing professional insight with a deep knowing of what it means to crave true connection.

Every dinner is designed through the eyes of someone who’s lived the longing for belonging—and made it her mission to help others find it too. The experience is intentional, the conversations are guided, and there is no pressure to perform. You don’t have to be the loudest voice in the room. You just have to come as you are.

There is no pressure to perform or be anyone other than yourself. If you are introverted or unsure, know that you are safe here. I create spaces where connection unfolds naturally, and where your story is always welcome.

This is more than a dinner. It is a space created by someone who has walked the path, felt the longing, and decided to offer others the chance to experience the kind of connection we are all quietly searching for.

Because the Truth Is.. We’re Not Meant to Do Life Alone

We’re meant to sit at tables together—to laugh, share, be seen, and truly know one another. Serendipity Dinners is where that happens. It’s where women come as strangers and leave as something much more—connected, inspired, and reminded of just how beautiful it is to belong.

the magic moment

There’s a moment that happens at every dinner. It’s not planned or scripted, but it always arrives.

Sometimes it’s during the first round of sharing. Other times, it’s when someone leans in and says, “I’ve never said this out loud before.” It’s a shift.

You can feel the energy soften. You look around the table and realize that everyone is really listening — not just waiting to talk, but truly taking each other in.

That moment is the magic.

It’s sparked by the women who show up with openness and heart. It’s in the way stories unfold, the way one person’s words mirror something you’ve felt but haven’t been able to name. It’s reflective, inspiring, and deeply human.

You see yourself in others, and for a moment, you feel less alone.

That’s what makes these dinners different. You can’t fully explain it, but once you’ve felt it, you carry it with you.

And I hope you’ll come experience it for yourself.

Plant the Seed & Watch it Bloom

Every dinner plants the seed of something special.

Our invite-only membership is where that seed takes root—through continued gatherings, deeper conversations, and a private space to nurture the relationships you’ve just begun.

Because connection doesn’t stop at one night.

It grows when you keep showing up.

little love notes

When attendees were asked to describe their experience, heres what they said…

  • “It was such an amazing event. To be able to leave the house, the mess and the children behind, and to enter this beautifully decorated, sophisticated space. Thanks to Einat, the activities and conversation felt so natural and so comfortable. I honestly felt like I had known the other women there for a long time, even though we had just met! I felt completely listened to and understood and left feeling energized. I can’t wait for the next one!”

    Jessica Gerard

It was thoughtfully and skillfully curated so that every woman felt seen with plenty of opportunity to discuss as an intimate group. The host held space so beautifully for everyone.”

    Tilly Kalisky

  • “I had a wonderful time at Serendipity Dinner, I’ve met incredible women. I believe there are many incredible women around but this dinner made it possible to connect to them in a real, authentic and deep way, effortless. I am still in touch with them and I’m grateful for a beautiful well orchestrated evening that ended up being so fruitful in connecting with others and with myself. As I wasn’t intentionally looking for that, I can only summarize it with Serendipity.”

    Deborah Hillel

  • “Last week, I attended a Serendipity Dinner - a series of dinners for Palo Alto women facilitated by community builder extraordinaire Einat Maron. I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but it ended up being many fun-filled hours with 9 new friends with delicious food and wine, great stories, and most importantly, a place to forge meaningful connections. If you’re looking for a place to get beyond small talk and have real conversations with women like you, I wouldn’t hesitate to sign up!”

    Leor Melamedov

    Stacey Ashlund

  • “It was a one-of-a-kind experience that I will carry with me for a long time. It was joyful and meaningful and I loved it.”

    Rachel Vazquez-Reina

  • “I’m relatively new to the area (from LA) and have discovered that I’m definitely not alone in this experience. So many moms here don’t have family nearby or long-standing friendships, and we’re building a life for ourselves, our careers, and our children here. I want to tell all the moms in Palo Alto about last night—because it feels like something so many of us need. Last night Einat Maron create a beautiful gathering/dinner party with connecting activities for a group of moms from my children’s school. There were no kids, just deep conversation, sharing, laughter and wonderful food. I feel like this is what we need more of— really connection in new towns. If it feels like something you’re needing too, I highly recommend connecting with Einat and her Serendipity Women’s community. I am grateful for the way she masterfully creates space and laughter in real conversations.”

    Sonnet S.

  • “I loved each activity and flow of conversations. The most meaningful part for me was genuine connection that happened so naturally among strangers. Sitting beside women I hadn’t met before and diving straight into real vulnerable conversations felt rare and refreshing. It was a reminder of how powerful intentional gatherings can be.”
